Terms & Conditions – Conversion Kit Bikes

By purchasing a conversion kit or converted eBike from MRC_ELECTRIC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Off-Road Use Only
   All bikes fitted with our conversion kits are sold strictly for off-road and private land use only. They are not road legal and must not be used on public highways, roads, or cycle lanes unless they meet local eBike regulations and have been appropriately modified and certified.

2. Legal Responsibility
   It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they comply with all relevant laws and regulations in their local area. MRC_ELECTRIC is not liable for any misuse or illegal use of conversion kit bikes.

3. Speed & Power Limitations
   Our conversion kits may exceed legal speed and power limits set for public use. These are intended for recreational, sport, or off-road applications only.

4. No Warranty on Road Use
   Use of the bike on public roads will void any applicable warranty or support offered by MRC_ELECTRIC.

5. Informed Purchase
   By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions and that the product is being used appropriately and legally.
