Terms & Conditions – eBike Batteries (Usage, Charging & Storage)

By purchasing an eBike battery from MRC_ELECTRIC, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding usage, care, and warranty coverage.

🔋 Installation & Removal

• Always install or remove the battery with the power switched off and disconnected from the charger.

• Take care to avoid damaging any connectors, terminals, or wiring.

• Batteries must only be used with compatible systems as specified by MRC_ELECTRIC.

⚡ Charging Guidelines

• Use only the supplied charger or one approved for your specific battery model.

• Never leave a battery charging unattended or overnight.

• Charge in a dry, ventilated area, away from heat, flames, or moisture.

• Allow the battery to cool before charging after heavy use.

• Overcharging or using third-party, unapproved chargers may result in damage and void any warranty.

🧊 Storage Instructions

• Store in a cool, dry place between 10°C and 25°C.

• Avoid extreme heat, freezing temperatures, and direct sunlight.

• For long-term storage, maintain a 40–60% charge and recharge every 2–3 months.

• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

🛠️ Warranty & Responsibility

• New batteries are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. MRC_ELECTRIC does not provide any additional warranty beyond that of the manufacturer.

• Second-hand (used or refurbished) batteries are sold as-is and are not covered by any warranty.

• Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, overcharging, water ingress, or modification will void all warranty rights.

⚠️ Safety Notice

• Do not use or charge a battery that appears damaged, swollen, or leaking.

• Never attempt to disassemble, puncture, or modify the battery.

• Mishandling lithium batteries can cause serious injury, fire, or damage.
