⚖️ Selectable 250W Street Mode

The SW900 display includes a built-in Street Mode to assist with compliant riding where applicable.

To activate:

• Hold the Minus (-) button for approximately 3 seconds.

When enabled:

• ✔️ Pedal assistance is limited to 15.5mph (25km/h)

• ✔️ Throttle is disabled and functions as walk assist only

• ✔️ Setting remains saved after the bike is switched off

Hold the Minus (-) button again to return to full-power mode.

🔌 Battery Compatibility

The controller uses an XT60 battery connector.

If purchasing the kit only, you'll need a compatible XT60 battery or suitable adaptor.

All compatible MCR Electric batteries are available separately, and XT90 to XT60 adaptors are supplied where required.

🛠️ Installation Information

This kit is designed for customers with a reasonable level of DIY experience.

Important Installation Notes

• ✔️ Trial-fit the axle, spacers, torque arms and axle nuts before connecting the motor wiring.

• ✔️ Match the motor wire colours exactly:

  • Red → Red

  • Black → Black

  • Green → Green

  • Blue → Blue

  • Yellow → Yellow

• ✔️ Three thick wires are the motor phase wires.

• ✔️ Five thin wires are the Hall sensor wires.

• ✔️ This BMX kit uses bullet connectors with silicone sleeves to maximise axle clearance.

• ✔️ Gold locating spacers may be fitted inside or outside the dropouts depending on your frame.

• ✔️ Always fit both supplied torque arms for maximum safety.

🚲 BMX Battery Mounting

Most BMX frames have very limited frame space and no bottle cage mounts.

For the most secure installation, we recommend:

• ✔️ Installing threaded rivnuts into the top tube

• ✔️ Using a rivnut tool to securely mount the battery base

Alternative battery mounting methods may also be used depending on your frame and battery choice.
